iCustomer

iCustomer is your AI growth marketing team: it turns your audience data and signals into intelligence, sharper decisions, and orchestration across every channel. It is the decision layer between your data and your activation stack, not a CDP and not a campaign tool. iCustomer reads your first-party data where it lives, scores every visitor and account on Fit, Intent, Recency, and Engagement (FIRE), and orchestrates the prioritized audience into the tools you already run. It is built privacy-by-design and is SOC 2 Type II certified.

The platform is three products on a shared identity and intelligence layer (the oGraph): Audience Loop (self-serve activation), Decision OS (warehouse-native decisioning), and OneSource (the identity and enrichment API powering both). All three are described on the Features page below.

What iCustomer does, in the language buyers use for it: composable CDP and warehouse-native audience foundation without ripping out your stack; customer warehouse activation that computes in place on your existing data cloud; identity resolution that unifies the same person or account across your tools into one entity; waterfall enrichment across providers with bring-your-own-key (Apollo, PDL), available as real-time API enrichment, batch enrichment, and list enrichment; signal intelligence that reads first-party and external signals to score who is in-market now; ICP discovery from real signals rather than guesswork; a decision engine that decides who to reach, when, with what, and on which channel; agentic workflows run by AI iWorkers that act inside the goals, budgets, and policies you approve and leave an auditable decision trace; ad activation and campaign activation that push prioritized audiences into your ad and campaign tools with high match rates; unbundled ABM without a monolithic suite; and attribution analytics that tie outcomes back to the decisions that produced them.
